I am so exited I just got offered a job teaching in a district closer to my home!!! Right now I am teaching in MD and live in VA, so I have a 30+ minute commute, but now I won't have one!!! It seems like everything is falling into place!! Just wanted to share my good news!!

Congrats! Where did you get the job?!?!? A lot of my friends have recently gotten jobs in Northern VA

In Fairfax County, I don't have a grade yet, they have to wait and see what teachers are leaving, but it will be elementary

you'll have to let me know where you're placed! I student taught in fairfax, and i have quite a few relatives/friends who teach up there!
