The manager of my dept is leaving and the VP just offered me the position! We agreed on a 15.5% raise That'll come in soooo handy right now! Especially since we are having our roof replaced the week after we get back from our HM!

I just called my sister to tell her the good news...
There has been talk of this promotion for the past 2 weeks and I had been talking to my sister about it. So I called her and said 'I've got good news!'
She said 'is it what I think it is?'
I said 'yup!' thinking we were on the same page...
and she says 'OMG, you're pregnant!!!!'
'No, I got the promotion'
'Oh, I was thinking you were pregnant, but that's still awesome!'
