NWR: I jinxed myself

So my New York Rangers were playing an outdoor hockey game yesterday. FH and I would have loved to go but the tickets were way too much money. So joking around I said we should open all the windows in our house so it feels like we are at the game. Well, about 5 minutes before the game started our boiler decided to stop working. Really, Really, I was just kidding about making it cold. No one could come fix it until this morning but atleast now the heat ist slowly coming back up. I learned my lesson. Never gonna joke about making our house cold ever again

So happy that they won and I think the whole situation was actually kinda funny. Thank goodness we had a ton of blankets. We woke up this morning and the temp. was down to 55. My house is now finally back to a nice and warm 70. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Btw, my fiance' is a hugeeeeee Rangers fan and we actually went to the alumni game in Philly on Saturday! It was a lot of fun, but SO COLD!!!! I had on a hoodie, coat, hat, scarf, gloves AND my snuggie wrapped around me and I was STILL freezing! hahaha

FH is a huge rangers fan- my dad had seasons tickets for the islanders in the 80s, so naturally I was raised as an islanders fan lol

I still go to Rangers games with FH all the time. Their goal song is better than the islanders hahahaa
