I can't find jeans that fit me well. I just want nice jeans that don't come too low that I have to worry about my butt crack showing if I sit down! I'm pretty average in size but I'm definitely not slim enough or tall enough to pull off certain brands...doe anyone have any recommendations? TIA

I still haven't gone, but look into the Levi's store(s) in NYC). They have this machine that will take all your measurements and suggest what type of jeans would be good for your body type. I believe once you do that, that the machine will give you recommendations for other clothing stores...or it will give you stores you can go to withwith that info, something like that. I am hopefully going to get there in the next 2 weeks

LUCKY!!! They slim you out BIG TIME!!!
They're a little pricey, but worth it! They have a store in Roosevelt Field Mall.
I know they carry up to a 12/14,and they look GREAT on!!!

I just bought new jeans from Old Navy! Very comfortable! I also have a very comfy pair from Target by Mossimo.

GAP jeans are my fave. i love the ultra low rise curvy ones. i am petite, but i have hips and an a$$, so most junior department jeans dont fit!

Express Jeans, They're the only ones that look good on me. Necessary Clothing in the city also has good jeans.

I second that... especially the Platinum editions that they come out with every now and then (I would go soon though because I know they have Plat. jeans out now and once they're gone, who knows when they're coming back). Gap Long & Leans are great too! Both reasonably priced.

express - i lovetheir pants in general (esp the editor ones) and if you want to splurge, armani, i got a pair for a gift and, wow. to bad i can't afford them on my own.

personally i really dont like wearing jeans (id rather be in sweats lol) but my friend got me hooked on abercrombie jeans....they are soo comfy and look great..and their reasonably priced too! HAPPY SHOPPING!

Definitely get 7s... theyre a little pricey, but i can say that ive worn my 7s for probably 3 straight years :)
7s or citizens-but i always find i have to get them hemmed because theyre so long!
