NWR-I need to learn to control my spending because...

FH and I bought a house!! I didn't want to say anything until we were CERTAIN, but we got approved for the mortgage Thursday and our closing date is October 15th! I am super excited but super nervous as well, it is such a big step! But we need to get out of our current situation. This is the house we fell in love with and someone else went to contract on it, well those people never came to sign the contract and the real estate agent called us and we put an offer in and they accepted!!!!

That is exciting...congrats!

...and don't worry...it always looks worse on paper then it actually turns out to be. Before we bought our house, we used to figure out what our monthly payments were going to be and it looked like we wouldn't be able to afford it...and 5 years later...we are still okay.

Thanks, that's all I've been doing...checking the money situation over and over and over...driving myself nuts!! I know it will all work out, if I could just stop shopping!! BTW, we are hall twins!
