NWR I NEED TO VENT

My job is stating to become a place that I hate coming too, once AGAIN. I've had problems with this f-ing place before, they resolved it, and for awhile it got A LOT better. I was actually enjoying coming to work. NOW I'm getting more f-ing drama and I DON'T deserve this! This one person is making me look bad and it seems like he's trying to get me FIRED...he doesn't do his work..when there's an issue he goes to the head boss and complains to him and makes it look like i'm not going my job and makes a big deal out of it when he should just come and talk to me and we can work it out ourselves without involving the boss. NOW I just got a talk about something that HE should be doing and how from now on, I should do it...I MEAN WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THIS MAN AROUND IF I'M GOING TO BE DOING ALL HIS F-ING WORK?!?!!? IF THAT'S THE CASE, FIRE HIM, PAY ME MORE, AND I'LL DO IT NO PROBLEM!!!! But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, they keep him around so that he can sit on his A$$ all day, do NOTHING except check his e-mails, read his prayer books, be spiteful in an underhanded way and surf the internet looking for the next sweet deal on airfare to his home country which is g-d knows where! Oh yeah and let me mention that he doesn't speak English either so that makes this whole situation HARDER...OMG *RAGE RAGE RAGE RAGE*

Sounds like my job. Sort of. There's a girl that does nothing but she doesn't try to get me in trouble (she couldn't I do everything). I would talk to my boss one more time then if things don't change right away start looking for a new job!!! That really *****. Good luck

i have a boss that's in charge of the area i work in (we'll call him B)..and then there's another boss that's in charge of the whole warehouse (we'll call him C)...

Now B sides with me, he's been having problems with this guy for a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time..C won't fire him because they have some sort of connection outside of work (church or family friend or something like that)..C ALWAYS takes this dude's side..he doesn't even listen to what I have to say and its frustrating. This guy sits on his a$$ all day doing nothing and then when a problem arises and he's confronted about it he basically shrugs and tells people he doesn't know and that they should talk to me! all this just because he doesn't want to do any work! And C lets him get away with it! B and I are BEYOND frustrated and ticked off!

I would definately change jobs. This guy sounds like a real d*ck. They should realize and fire but, I'm sure you can find a job where you are much happier. You should be able to go to a job that you enjoy everyday not that you hate

he is SUCH an a$$hole! and he does it in such a sneaky underhanded way that it makes him an even bigger A$$ than he would be otherwise! I'm definitely going to start the hunt for a new job...the pay here is great and I get benefits but its soooooooooooooooo not worth all this aggrevation anymore!

That's not fair!!

What ***** is that the people who work the hardest are the ones that get screwed the most. Its soo messed up.

I would start sending your resume now .. so that maybe you can get a job starting the new yr (you need to give them 2 weeks notice anyways, right) and job-hunting might be slow now since the hoidays are coming up - but that gives you a better chance to find a job quicker

I would wait till after the holidays since most companies are on vacation or will not hire till their books are closed

yeah..that's what stinks...but this is the second person in this place that i've had problems with... the first person EVERYONE has issues with..she's just that typical person that everyone has in their office...but this guy is being viscious (sp?) in an underhanded way but he's not like this with everyone..i had never planned on staying as this job for as long as i have and i'll probably wind up staying here until we get married and i can get financial aid and finally go back to school and finish my bachelor's degree (trying to decide what to go back to school for is what's really gonna kill me...i'm so indecisive when it comes to that) but anyway I'm rambling...I honestly plan on waiting until after the holidays to do a serious search but i just wanted to know what you ladies thought..


maybe i should get a job at borders just to balance out the crappiness i get from here (i love books and i used to work in a bookstore and as much as i may not have liked all the customers...i loved working with books)

If you can afford to change jobs go ahead. Otherwise stick it out for as long as you can then just run away from the job!

And its too short to be miserable...I say change jobs..Your happiness is more important...and it hurts your health to be this way..I would wait till after the holidays though just like Eliana said...so get through the holidays...and then tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine!!!

im sorry your so frustrated! i think you should send ur resume out and see if anything better comes along, if it does then change definately, you only have one life you cant live it being treated badly and being miserable at a place you spend so much of your time, cheer up! its friday and holiday season!

I would say take your time and look and make your move right after the holidays, this way you dont have to deal with the stress of holiday stuff with finding a new job and also you can get one last x-mas bonus out of their dumb a**es!!!
