I signed up for weight watchers this morning! Im a little overwhelmed (I did it online) but I hope that this helps me make the right choices for food and provides the discipline I need!

I love WW online! It helps keep my track of points, helps make better food choices, and it has some wonderful recipe's there!

i was a little overwhelmed bc I thought I had to go buy certain food....but im learning I can use the food I have at home?! The points system really works??
