Anybody have any ideas for things to do at a 60th bday party to make it unique?

Hmm, I remember we had a 65th bday party for my grandma. My bro was in HS at the time and he played a song on the violin for her, she thought it was really nice. Then a few people roasted her and that was fun too. I think I read her a poem!
