nwr: I'm an idiot

A lady just called my house phone twice and on the third time i asked her what number she was tring to reach, she said '555- 6320'
and im like wrong number

but what an idiot i am...that is indeed my phone number

i use speed dial on my cell so much i dont even remember my own number

how stupid do i feel right now


please tell me someone else has done this before so i dont feel bad

Well, don't feel too bad..I had somewhat of an idiotic moment happen a few weeks ago...I called a vendor to see if I could possibly book an appt...turns out I was already scheduled to meet with them that very morning...at 11am!! I tried to play it off by saying 'oh, I thought my appt was Sunday not today...' Their reply was 'We're closed on Sundays'

I was sooooo hehehe

thats pretty funny Theresa!!! Not as embarassing as not knowing your phone number I think

One of my friends didn't have her cell # memorized until maybe 6 months after getting her new number!
