I want to let you all in on a big step in my life and maybe get some support too.

Since you all were so supportive during the wedding planning...

I am now smoke free for 2 days!

Good for you. Keep up the great work. It's not easy, but you can do it. Next month I'll be smoke free for 6 months. It's the best thing I ever did.

Very good!!!!!!!! Today its 2 days, soon it will be 2 years. Your doing the right thing. I am smoke free for 10 years (started in high school ) and it still is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

You can do it.
