Hi ladies.. I have an interview tomorrow and I'm really nervous. I usually do ok in interviews, except for that famous 'Name three weaknesses you have' question- I never know what to say!!
What are your answers when you get this question?

I would say something like...Sometimes I tend to take on a lot of responsibilities because I am so excited about the tasks. However, I am very good at prioritizing and I always get things done when they are supposed to.

One of the things I have said is that I am a perfectionist and though that can be a good thing, that I also consider that a weakness since I end up being very hard on myself. Always remember to be able to turn that negative into a positive! Good luck on the interview!

You need to state a 'weakness' that is a really a positive. Or a weakness from your past that you have already improved upon, so you can show how hard you work (something like -- I used to have problems with organization, but a few years ago I learned how to overcome this weakness by making to-do lists and keeping everything prioritized, and in my last job I was very organized so I know I overcame my weakness).
On a side note, I have no idea why people still ask this question. I never do... I think I was asked once in an interview, and my answer was 'I am simultaneously both a morning and a night person' and left it at that!
