NWR: Is there a bug or virus going around?

He has a high fever since Friday. We went to urgent care and they think he has a virus and gave him amoxcillin (sp). The fever is still there so he takes Tylenol too. Is there a virus or another bacteria going around?
He has a fever, stomach ache and headache but no vomiting or diarrhea.
