I've got a bad sore throat so I'm eating a lot of pineapple because it usually helps my throat feel better...and right now my lips feel itchy and the roof of my mouth is a little tingly. Is that the sign of a minor food allergy?

No, just this. And oatmeal that i eat everyday and that's never an issue.
Britt...I eat pineapple with salt when my throat hurts. It makes it feel better...to me anyway! I'm weird (but you knew that..)

it could be the pineapple that's making your lips and stuff hurt. i looooooove pineapple but when i eat too much the roof of my mouth almost burns and my lips get really tingly/sensitive!

My mom's a nurse and I guess I'll ask her later. Don't want to bother her while she's dealing with patients with REAL conditions.
In the meantime, I'm still eating my pineapple and hoping I don't die.

I've eaten like a quarter of a huge pineapple today, so that's probably my issue!
