I'm looking for a nice romantic type Italian restaurant in either area for dinner reservations. I've only been to little Italy once, anyone recommend any restaurants there? Thanks
Trattoria L'Incontro in Astoria. Incredible restaurant but on the pricey side.
I second L'incontro! It's my favorite restaurant! I definitely think the value of the food exceeds the price.

Il Mullino Dodici - Rockville Centre Cafe Baci - Westbury Mama Theresa's - Garden City Park and Westbury (Casual pizza place/restaurant but the food is soooo good)

Manducatis in long island city...it doesnt look like much from the outside but its very good and reasonable...have fun!

In little Italy my family loves Buona Notte.
In Forest Hills we love Portofino.

Stella's in Floral Park...I personally love it there...as well as Umberto's.

These are both on the border of queens and nassau.
