NWR: Japanese Hair Straighteneing!

For any of you girls out there thinking of chemically straightening your hair.........DON'T DO IT!!!!

I had it done twice, my hair is stick straight and looks great but I can't do ANYTHING with it. Now my hair is super long and all I am craving for is my curls back!!!

I love my long hair but am seriously thinking of chopping my hair just to get back to original hair (which is growing out and at about my chin)

I don't think I understand -- does the process not wear off at some point? You actually have to cut your hair off to get your natural curls back?
