NWR: job help??

Hi Girls, I apologize for posting here but since you all get a lot of traffic I was hoping someone might be able to help me.

I am currently looking for a job in the city (i dont have a car). I have been unemployed for 3 months now and I am going crazzzzzy. I have a lot of administrative experience and a BA in Communications. Mainly looking for 9-5, 35-45K salary and health benefits. If anyone knows of anything that could possibly help me I would love to pass my resume along..

I have tried every site known to man lol... and some jobs r good but they dont have health insurance, or its in LI or just SOMETHING that i cant do..

Anywhere in the city mainly.. midtown I am looking or east/west side.. Im just not to keen on going upper or downtown cause I commute from queens

I have.. but I feel like I am getting the run around..they make u take all these tests, word..excel...powerpoint..then they talk to you, take ur resume and look to see if they have matches for what ur looking for..then they say they will call me back..and then i get no where, and i cant keep calling and calling and nagging.its very very frustrating

If you tell me where you went, maybe I can direct you to some of the recruiters I used that were great.

Yes, the whole recruiter thing can be a PIA and some of them are just out there, but there are some great firms out there and good recruiters. FM if you want.

You sound like you would be perfect for my company, but unfortunately we are not hiring. However, if you send me your resume, I would be happy to pass it along to the HR person for if we do hire.

I work for a financial communications firm. Mid-sized, starting salery 35K or 40K, yearly bonus and full benefits. oh, also...profit sharing, not 401K.

They have A LOT of job posting and they have them organized by new york, brooklyn, queens, long island...its great..at least for a start anyway
