NWR Joined the gym

Tonight I signed up for lucille roberts after a butt kicking zumba class!!!!!!!!!! time to get in shape for those b-pics coming up!

I love the gym!! I take Zumba class 2x a week and a kickboxing class. I highly recommend taking kickboxing! It's such a great whole body workout. I feel amazing after I leave the gym.

YAY!! Congrats!!! I also went to check out my local gym yesturday to see what they offer. And they offer Zumba and Yoga so I am definently signing up with them this wknd!!! I can't wait. I want to lose some weight b/f I start dress shopping. I'm not fat, but I need to tone up some places. I can't wait.

yay!!!! I am also a member of Lucille Roberts and love it! even though the classes do kick my butt! I go to the one in Commack and also the one in bayshore.
