I'm SO p i s s e d off; i freaking turned the kitchen faucet on with my d a m n cell phone in my hand! UGH this is the 3rd time now it broke-can't go through the insurance anymore. Now i have to pay for a brand new one!!!
Awww, that's annoying! You don't have an old handset you could hokup until your upgrade is due? It's RIDICULOUS how expensive phones are out of contract.

yikes!!! i dropped my iphone into a bucket of water, during a foot massage a few months ago...luckily i dried it out( put in a plastic baggy with dry rice)
the phone worked beautifulllyy like nothing ever happened for a few months...and then one day- bam, the speaker went, so ppl can't hear me when i talk on it...
i refuseeeeeeeeee to buy a new iphone, so im still using it, just have to use my bluetooth headset all the time
try drying it out and see what happens!

Girl your trick WORKED!!! I put my phone in a bag of dry rice for days; it turned back on but the buttons didn't work properly i.e if i pressed 3 I got 23 etc. Fast forward to this morning-i turned my phone and it works perfectly!! I had been using FH OLD phone from like 2 years ago-so glad to have my phone back w/all my pictures and games!!!
