NWR: K-Swiss

I ordered a pair of K-swiss sneakers for FH in July. The sneakers have reversable tongues and of course, when FH went to reverse the tongue, it broke off. FH told me to just throw them out but instead I called K-swiss and they apologized a million times. I received a letter from them in the mail yesterday, instructing us to go to their website and pick out ANY pair of sneakers that we want and they will mail them to us for free.

How great is that?
