I am in the process of getting a new car, so I checked my credit to be sure all was good..........and to my shock there was a credit card on there with an owing balance off $6,909 !!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have a credit card........I don't like them! This credit card was opened 8 mths ago!!!!!!!!
I usually check my credit every 6 mths, but with the wedding and all, I was behind on checking it. Now I'm in the process of trying to figure out what the heck this is!!!!! And WHO used my information for a Credit Card!!!!!!! UGH!!!!
Learn from this.....keep an eye on your credit. You never know if you will be the next one that gets scammed

Wow, scary! I recently signed up through a credit monitoring program through my credit card company. They send me a report from all three agencies every few months. It's definitely a good thing.

I don't have any credit cards.....just deparment store cards like Vicky Secrets and Bloomingdales. But if I did have a credit card, then I would do that monitoring system for sure!

OH WOW!!! I always have my credit tracked to make sure that everything is ok.
FH has a very common name and when he went to go buy a car the loan officer asked if he owned a house in Louisiana. FH was like NO!
He is still having problems clearing it up.
