Anyone have any suggestions of things to do in Kentucky?

Southern Kentucky please.. (south east would be preferable.)

what exactly were you looking for? What city are you staying in? Louisville? KY is obviously known for their horses- so my big suggestion would be horseback riding. There is also a lot of history down there, and there are some pretty nice plantation houses that offer tours and such.
