I know a couple of weeks ago someone posted about I love kickboxing class in Carle Place. I ended up going one morning to check it out and loved it! Anyone going to any classes this week or next week?

i used to go to kickboxing every Monday at Bally's in Levittown ... i believe it began at 6:30 (this was about a year ago so double check before just showing up that the classes are still on at that same day & time)
that teacher (his name is Kenny) is the absolute best. he teaches in other gyms too, i just don't remember which ones.

There is a 930 on Tuesday and Thursday. I just graduated and haven't started working yet so I am able to go then. haha which class is less busy the 7 or 8?

Last night when I went at 7 it wasn't too bust, but last week at 7 it was pretty busy. I think it fluctuates

It def changes week to week. I've gone to both and you never really know. I went to the early class tues and thurs last week. Cant go tomorrow because i have a job interview.
