im in a lot of pain right now from the procedure... she said it was gonna hurt, but i was wondering if anyone else had this done and could tell me what to do for the pain...

yeah i had the colposcopy.... and if they find HPV in those cells, i will have the LEEP... i took the motrin and havent had pain since, so i'm all good now. I was just worried because i actually have a very high threshold for pain, and just wasnt expecting it to hurt as much as it did, but im totally good now.

Why are you apoligizing???? Are you okay? I've never heard of it but I am SURE it is painful.... I had the surgery where they blow up your stomach and scrape off the cysts and that hurt... but i couldnt imagine what you are feeling...
did she give u any creams or anything?

nah, no creams. she put this stuff on to make the bleeding stop, and that was really tremendously disgusting... lol im alright now though, so i owe motrin a hugeeeee thank you. lololol

I had it too... I had the colposcopy and the cryotherapy. It definitely is not a great feeling. If i remember, I didn't use any pain killers. FM me if you have questions.

i had that done and all i was told to do it take tylenol. I know how you are feel. Feel better soon. They said that its not goingto hurt and then when you get home you are in so much pain you cant even drive.

I had a biopsy done a few years ago and that was painful, I couldn't imagine how you must feel after having cells removed like that. for you I pray you feel better soon

I've had that done too. The pain doesn't last too long and you'll feel 100 times better by the end of the day.
