Anyone doing anything for Lent?

I have decided to try and be less negative. I have A LOT of stress in my life right now and I feel as though it is weighing me down and all I do is complain and I dont want to be that person.

Aww Jenn.. I dont get that impression from you.

No one has met a person more negative than my FFIL.. BELIEVE ME!!

Im not negative on here but I find myself always stressed out and bitching to my coworkers and family.

I usually give up ice cream, but I already screwed that up today when I went grocery shopping and bought 1/2 gallon of Edy's icream because it is on sale at Stop N Shop.

But I think I am going to try to go to church every Sunday during Lent.

When I was pledging my sorority in college...I gave up the elevator Don't know what the hell I was thinking...one of my sisters lived on the 9th floor!

I've decided not to give up a vice but to adopt a virtue....so for the next 40 days I will 'try' to be more patient with FH. TRY being the operative word!!

I give up fast food..
and being prego it will be tougher then normal..
