Did anyone mention SKIDZ pants yet? Ugh!

I dresses as a California Raisin for halloween once, wore a big black garbage bag, **** gloves and sunglasses. No one had a clue what I was! Hah!

I am embarrassed to admit that I actually rocked a paid of LA Gears (black ones with studs on them!!) for about 2 years!!

Boy oh boy did I get picked on and teased the hell out of for wearing those, but I loved them!!

I loved my gray, white and pink LA gears. I thought I was the best!!!! I even loved they way they smelled and they had 3 laces!!!

Re: NWR- Let's go back to the 80's

I have so many great 80's memories...I remember my cousin was visiting and got a pin that said 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' at the Tri-County Flea Market and I tried to hide it so she would leave it at my house! And of course the New Kids on the Block - my wall was PLASTERED with their posters from every teen magazine!

SORRY HAD TO BUMP !!!! I am pretty new here and stumbled upon this thread by accident but this stuff is great!!!! There is so much on here that was such a big part of my life that I can't stop smiling from ear to ear. Miss Qiana, and HmPena hit on so many awesome memories. FREESTYLE!!! Ralph Machio. Miss Qiana's list...TOO FUNNY! I wish I was around when you guys were posting these.
Does anyone remember a club on Queens Blvd, Paleds?....now Goldfingers. Metro 700, Malibu, Escapes? Damn this thread made me feel old, but it's great. Thanks for the smiles
