Marshalls had a TON like that when I was looking for my shower dress 2 weeks ago. And Macy's did on their sale racks too, I was at the walt whitman store on Fri. and Roosevelt Field on Sat.

if ure looking at forever 21 online...check the casual tops section...they have them there...theyre listed as like tunic/knit tops but if u check the length on them a bunch are the same length as the dresses...

if u can go to the forever 21 in nyc...they have a ton

also mandees, joyce leslie (if ure looking for them to be less expensive).

i also saw stuff at nordstrom and macys and dillards online.
