In the NYC vicinity, but not on LI, or any of the borrows (unless you have a very good idea/offer). So pretty much Westchesterish or northern NJ.

FH just got a job offer, Banc of America Securities! So now for apt. hunting.

We are looking for prefrably a one or two bedroom (though we wil take studio for the first year), in a decent neighborhood, lots of grass.

Can be in a home or apt complex.

looking to start rent no earlier than January and no later than April.

Not sure of the commute since this is downtown Brooklyn but I just got this by e-mail. I think it's near the Atlantic Center train station (LIRR & 2,3,4,5 subway but not Metro North which is at Grand Central). Hope it helps.
