Yeah, I noticed that at the place where I used a guest pass yesterday. I plan to take mostly classes anyways...since it's really the only way I can motivate myself to work out!

I use to belong there.....they do have great classes, I always enjoyed them. Even though they do have time limits on the machines, I never had a problem.....but the gym was never extremely croweded when I went. Would definately recommend it.
FYI: I don't belong there anymore b/c I joined a gym with FH so we both can go together

The one I go to has shiiity hours. They're only opened from 9-2 on sat and 9-3 on sunday. Good Classes though.
the best part - NO MEN checking you out and trying to talk to you.
I love it!

I belong there! I sign up every 2 years and it works out to like 13 bucks a month. I enjoy the classes and I go during lunch hour so its never crowded and i can use the machines all I want. and I agree - no scummy guys!

YEAH! That 30 minute thing kills me. I didnt know about it when I signed up. Then one day some woman, comes up to me when I only have 4 minutes left on the machine, to tell me that she was signed up for that machine!!! I was totally PO'ed!!!

Ballys has a 30 min time limit too! However, I have never had a problem with the 30 min thing. The classes are really good!

I like the one I go to - it's clean, well maintained, has good classes, the people who work there are really nice... I work out with a trainer and she's great.
The 30 minute time limit doesn't bother me at all... I can't do more than that anyway!

I go to Ballys and never had that problem. I've stayed on the elliptical for an hour with no problem.
