NWR: Maltese or Yorkie? Where can I get one.............

I'm really thinking of how much I miss my Maltese that died two years ago. My daughter is going to be two. I think if i got a puppy. They (dog and daughter) could get along better. I'm also moving upstate. Our house is pretty big. I need to hear a little yapping at strange noises. Help If you know any good breeders please help. When I come back from my honeymoon. I would like to buy a new dog.

I'm partial to yorkies cause FH had 2 growing up and his parents still have one of them and just bought another puppy this past fall. Both are precious!!!

As for breeders. Contact the kanine foundation and they will be able to offer breeders and prices in your area. Also check the local paper, b/c breeders will post their litters there.

we have a Yorkie and he is amazing. DH and I just love him so much - as you know, dogs are a lot of work, but if you feel you are ready for them then I recommend the place I got our Joey from in Brooklyn. They are not really a breeder...but they are not a pet store either. Hard to describe, but it is very clean there and our pup is perfect. Yorkies

My fh mom has a malti-poo it is such a great dog. I favor the maltese

i got my maltese from him! three years later he is the greatest dog.....he is very healthy as well
