NWR Maybelline Falsies Mascara commercial

There's this commercial and in the background there's a theme song from some 80's show playing and I can't remember what show it was. Every time it comes on it drives me crazy, anyone know what I'm talking about?

ETA, link in reply on bottom

I just tried you tubing it, and a million and one come up. Is it the one with Fever in the background? for the stiletto mascara or a different one.

No, not the stiletto... but I've been so enraptured by the jingle, I haven't paid attention to the actual product.

It's a new mascara and it's def a TV theme song.

It's this commercial for the Falsies, Ignore the fact that it's in French, lol, I can't find the English version on YouTube. The song in the background is the same.
