who did you use? how would you rate the process?

we are having some issues with our mortgage company and considering going with someone else - I appreciate the help girls

We have ours through BFCU and I'd say the process has gone really easy. We've even refinanced through them once since we originally bought, and that also was very simple.

My fh is a broker at Commerce Capital in Huntington. He worked with all of our friends in getting them into their first homes. Fm if you would like more info.

I used TopDot! I cannot recommend them enough! Getting the mortgage was seriously like the easiest part of the entire house buying process for me.

My cousin is a loan officer from HSBC...FM me if you want info. You are better off going through the bank with a loan officer than through a mortgage broker! Just some info :)

we are going through NEFCU (nassau educators federal credit union)...so far, they've been great...we close june 1st!!!

OMG ME TOO.. im using power express (the condo's recommended company) and it's HELL they're making everything so complicated and i feel like canceling the whole home-buying thing.. thats how discouraged i feel .. we were going to switch to my parents' company but my attorney says its too late n at this point its a waste of $

We used Tom Drew at Wells Fargo. He was super nice and very on top of things. Highly recommend him.

topdot is actually one of my biggest client, and definatly the company i am going through when ready to take out a mortgage. i would 100% recommend them.
