NWR: Mortgage tip

FH & I just closed on our first home last week and I figured I would share some tips!

We went through Chase- they have a program for union members which gives you $900 towards closing costs (FH is a union member).

Also if you bank at chase they give you 1% cash back of your monthly pmt every year. They will either send you a check or put it towards the principle of your mortgage.

thanks for the tip...although with the way my wedding budget keeps going up, i don't think we'll be in the market for a house anytime soon lol
