NWR: Muscle cream

I took a kickboxing class on Monday and my thighs are still KILLING me!!! Can anyone recommend a muscle cream or something????

BenGay really works wonders for me.

Also, Fh & I always drink protein shakes after a tough workout..it helps heal your muscles faster.

Motrin works better for me than any cream...

i take a hot bath.. then use biofreeze.

Biofreeze is the only muscle relief that works for me.....I get it from a chiropractor or from a drug store by me. The stuff at CVS/Eckerd doesn't work (I have slipped discs, herniations and many other issues). Go get some!
