NWR: My A-Town adventure

NWR: My A-Town adventure

Morning everyone. I do have to type very quickly since I have to head to work (it's my last day at the job). I am so tired from my almost 2 days in PA I must say.

So firstly my brother and I head to my house to open the door to the guys who's going to do the floors to my house. We arrived a little late but they guys didn't mind at all, since the got something to eat. After they went to work, we headed to the supermarket and bought some food for my brother's (and my own) fridges. Darn, the food is very expensive. However, I did find a bunch of dollar or value stores around there that maybe I can do my DIYs.

We then went to a furniture store to look at stuff but going to wait until tomorrow to buy items. I really like this bed for my room. Plus it's enough squeakiness for FI and I... well knock boots. LOL

Finding out that we're going to have to stay overnight because of the floor, we went car hunting. My brother got himself a 2008 Dodge Avenger, even though the whole process took more than 4 hours. LOL From there, my phone battery died.

We went back to my house (after staying over my brother's) and they managed to finished by noon. I was still bummed that I have no phone to call anyone. Was concerened that FI would call me.

So last night, I was ready to go to bed but before that I charged my phone. I realized I had 4 messages on my phone. One was from mom (who I spoke to from my brother's phone). The next was my new boss in A-Town, telling to call her back to confirm when I can start. The next was one of my friends who just found out that I am moving away (I'm very close friends with his younger brother). At least I told him to send me an invite to PA for his upcoming wedding. The last was from FI, telling me how sorry has has for not calling me and that he misses me every waking minute.

I called FI up but I got voicemail. When I woke up, he did left a text saying 'he was trying to protect me from burding me and that I didn't derserve that'. Being sick and wanting to help them is not a burden. Isn't on your wedding vows you want to be there for them 'in sickness and in health'? I know it's a step to finally coming out of his slump but for the past few days I've been feeling down about it. I truly do miss him.

Okay, no more ranting and raving, I gotta get dress and head out to the poo-hole for work.
