NWR: my achin back

Just finished some serious shoveling - my dad is at work so i had to do the job so by the time he gets home its not super heavy!!

Thanks to Joe - the kid that lives across the street - for coming to help me out!!!!

Seriously - that was my workout for the week lol

Awww that was sweet of you to do for your dad! I hope you feel better!! I helped by cleaning off the cars, it was hard because I can't reach the tops of the cars, lol, My arms are killing me from reaching up with the brush. Def my workout for the week.

I should probably go out and shovel and clear off my car, but I'm being lazy and laying in bed! FH is out plowing all day/night so I'm sure he'll be thrilled to do it when he gets home! Haha I'm so bad!

When I was shoveling the slush yesterday afternoon the tenant upstairs offered to help, and I told him no thanks, it's ok, but could you help me tomorrow? LOL, I told him I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and I'm not completely up to shoveling all this by myself.

When I woke up for the 2nd time today at 10:30, he was out there. Aww, thanks!!

I think I'll make him brownies to say thanks... and give him $20 since the landlord pays us to maintain the property, so he should get some of it too

Yeah i feel your pain I recently moved into an apartment in my FH's grandparents basement to save money and we have to shovel other wise his grandpa will try so now my back is killing me. I have 4 herniated discs in my mid to lower back and shouldnt be shoveling but I never listen. But these pain killers def help!!!
