I really hate my boss at my second job. He always puts me 2-6 so I can't sub during the day and he was supposed to give me a certain number of hours but he gives them to some one else. I don't know what to do. I keep talking to him but he just won't listen. What should I do! Please help!

Have you specifically told your boss why you need to start later? If you have not I would explain it to him and maybe he will try to accomodate you.
If he is not willing to accomodate you then maybe you can look for another second job?
It is a hard situation. I use to work as a manager at a supermarket when I was younger and there is a lot that goes into scheduling. I use to try my best to accomodate everyone's needs but it was not always possible. Unfortunately you are not the only one who wants to work a particular shift!

Yeah maybe try to explain that you really need to sub, and tell him what time school ends. If they can't accommodate it I would just start looking for somewhere that can.

I know what mara is talking about.. i used to work in a food store (ekkkk) but he still shouldnt be screwing you over all the time
