she fell out the window 5 flights. I just got to work when FH called me adn didn't know what to do. I found a hospital near our house and I went there. At first it looked good, but then she took a turn for the worse. She was 6 years old. I am so sad. how do I deal with this and my wedding is so close? I loved her so much. I miss her.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.
Know that she is in a better place now, happy and playing. You will always have her with you in spirit and in your heart. When my cat passed away (the one in my avatar) I was heartbroken and afraid that I would forget all the wonderful things about him and that he would become a faint memory. So, I wrote page upon page of all of the cute things that he did and memories that I had of him so I would never forget. I found it to be very comforting.

My cat died in April and I got married in June at first I cried for days and then I picked myself up and went on with wedding planning. The morning of the wedding I thought I would cry, but instead I smiled because I knew he was partly responsible for the gorgeous weather we had.
It takes time to heal. Don't rush yourself.

OMG I'm so sorry. That is terrible. And here I am being so upset these past few weeks because I found out my cat has diabetes and I have to give him insulin shots twice a day. I have been having mini-breakdowns in the mornings when I am alone and having trouble getting him to sit still. I hope you feel better. I just feel awful, I am so attached to my 2 that I don't know what I would do.

I am soooo sorry. When my dog died, I got two more to help with the pain. Now I have three dogs and they are getting older. I can't even think about it, I get very sad.

That's so awful... I'm so sorry... my cat was just in the emergency hospital so I know how awful and devastating it can be... try to think about it this way - for 6 years you gave her/him a WONDERFUL life, so although its life was shortened, the time she/he had was precious...
