NWR - My FH bought me Nintendogs for my birthday!

Today is my birthday, and aside from a camera phone which I am so psyched abt, my FH bought me Nintendogs - a virtual puppy for your DS - I'm not normally into video games, but we can't have a dog because we rent and I have been pining away for a dog for so long....

this game is so cute - its strange how real the puppy can be - I chose a little golden - he can respond to his name, and I already taught him to sit via voice command - it is SO cool... You can play with him, toss a ball, blow him bubbles (by blowing on the screen!!!)_ bathe him and brush, everything!!!

And to think I was afraid I'd be feeling old at age 32 - I'm more immature than ever!!!

THATS AWESOME!!! I dont think I'll ever grow out of certain things. You have no clue how bad I want a cabbage patch kid.

I'm loving it, but I'm beginning to have strong doubts about my abilities to train anything - the little doggy wont do anything I ask....

just keep repeating yourself and she/he will come along nicely. after you repeat your command and stars sparkle around the dog the command is in its head and will start to listen. but your FI won't be able to command it. it has your voice in the game so only u can command her/him

the game dog listens to me more than my own real dog
