NWR: my puppy had a seizure tonight** UPDATE SHES NOT DOING ANY BETTER

My little chihauhua had a seizure. I bring her to work everyday ..shes the little mascot..and plus my boss adores her..so its good. But I bring a portable cage with me and she takes a nap during the day in there. I realize as I am running around that she has been in there for longer then usual and I call her and i see her almost like tips over..I pull her out and she falls over and just tensed up ,shaking and wasnt really concious.. My co-workers helped me find a vet and got my boss to drive me there..The vet in the past had told me that I had to be careful since shes so small ( shes 3.5 pounds). The vet examined her and told me she had a seizure and had to keep her overnight..I just heard from him and he told me shes been quiet and they are going to up her dose of sugar..I hope shes going to be ok :( ..It was so scary on the ride there bc she wasnt concious..im going to find out more in the morning..has anyone ever had a chihuhua and have had these problems? p.s. thats my boxer diesel with her.
*** ** I was told early this morning that she was doing better and to call back later on in the day..I called at 5 pm and they said that I can pick her up at 6..I walk in there and the bill was 300 more then they told me ( i wrote that they had to call to authorize additional charges and they never did) so as i was explaining that to the girl and the DR called me in and told me that they did a discharge work up and he blood sugar dropped down again after feeding her all day and having her on an IV all night..So they suggested I keep her there..I was tempted to bring her home and let her sleep at home and bring her to my vet in the morning..but I didnt..So tomorrow morning I have to pick her up..try to get some of my unauthorized charges back and bring her to my normal vet which doesnt charge an insanely amount of money. So bottom line we still dont know whats wrong with her ..they said she could have a liver problem which requires surgery but if that test comes back negative then it was just a freak accident..I dont know but what a horrible day Thank you girls for all your well wishes..hopefully I will have better news tommorrow
