Does anyone know of any Townhouse developments in Nassau County? Thanks

Unfortunately there are not too many. We looked into this as well.

There are some townhouses in East Meadow, Farmingdale, Rockville Centre and I believe Bellmore. Its been awhile since I looked for townhouses

I think they're actually co-ops, but there's Merrick Manor on Sunrise Hwy in Merrick. There's another one in Merrick off of Merrick Ave (I think) but I'm not sure of the name.

Not sure if they're townhouses, condos, or co-ops, but there's also two developments on Corona Ave in Valley Stream, and another development on Franklin Ave in Franklin Square.
