help me i fell as if i have tried on a million dresses for my friends wedding thats in 2 weeks i have been to estelles and i feel as if every dress i tried on makes me look as if im going to the prom can anyone suggest a place to find a dress on long island (nassau) that wont break the bank or make me look as if im back in high school?

I love the dresses in macys (roosevelt field)... (formal dept) I recently had a charity event to go to and bought 2 dresses (because i couldnt decide) and wound up keeping both.
one was a jones new york-- about 124.00 the other - calvin klein about 150.00

Lord and Taylor. They have great dresses. Also try Ann Taylor. I have always found a dress there that wasn't too expensive.

BCBG in the mall also has nice dresses.

I agree. I got a gorgeous Donna Ricco dress there a few weeks ago for a friends wedding. I went to all the department stores in Roosevelt Field, and Macy's had by far the best selection.

White House Black Market has REALLY nice dresses. Check their website. They ship super fast too.
I just got a black dress for my friend's wedding at Bloomingdales. Nordstrom had some nice stuff too. I used to get a lot of my dresses at Lord & Taylor in Walt Whitman mall.
