NWR: need good doc

i was seeing a really good obgyn doc in great neck but he no longer accepts my insurance.
im looking for a good doc in the city (affiliated with a good hospital)

Gabbie my ob/gyn is the best. Dr. Johanna Weiss at Cornell Medical Associates East Side, it's affiliated with New York Presbyterian. Her whole practice is amazing so if you don't get her, any of her colleagues are super nice. I've been going to her for years and I was just so happy when I found out a friend of a friend who is an oncology nurse at Sloan Kettering told me she switched to my dr. when she became pregnant because she's very well regarded.

just a general question :
do you ladies look into the fact whether or not someone is board certified or it doesnt matter?

I do.

I just called and she and any of the other doctors are not accepting any new patients

ugh, that blows. Try calling the West Side office, I don't know the doctors there but I would assume their doctors are just as great, just the west side of town.

ETA: I forgot, DH's PCP is in the west side office.

My FSIL and a couple of cousins and aunt in the family use this group of Docors. I plan on going there
