Okay... so I'm planning on throwing my husband a Surprise Party in August at my in-law's pool. Want to just a low-key, fun party since we just got married and put a lot into that.
Any ideas where to get fun (but not cheesy decorations), cakes?? Also, I wanted to have maybe a banner or sign made with pics of him as a kid. I don't know Nassau well at all so any help where to go and start would be great! Thanks Ladies!!

Party City has a lot of fun, not too cheezy party supplies. I did a Luau-Hawaiian themed party for FH's 30th last year and they had a lot of great decorations.
Butterkooky bakery in New Hyde Park/Floral Park has excellent cakes...
Also Staples would be good for the banner
