NWR: need help with a party place

Hey ladies,

I'm helping my FSIL plan my FBIL's 30th bday party, but we're stumped with what to do.

We want to find a fun place for dinner (nassau pref) that is not too expensive, and then we want to go do somehting fun. my fbil is not a 'bar' person, and hates going into manhattan, so that's why we're struggling so much with what to do!

any suggestions for a fun not too expensive restaurant?? or an after-dinner activity?

I'm from Suffolk but maybe you could do a comedy club...I went to one once and we had a lot of fun.

idk about a restaurant, but what about Strike in New Hyde Park for afterwards?

Dave and Busters is fun and has nice dinners. We were very close to booking our RD with them.
