NWR: Need New Hairdo/Cut...HELP!

Hi ladies, I've had the same length hair for years and my hairstylist told me after the wedding she needs to take a good 3-4 inches of dead hair off...

I need help on a new do....

Here's my recent pic/hair

Any ideas?

I don't want to go any shorter than my shoulders

I know where that last picture was taken in ireland!

Anyways.....my hair dresser had suggested a different look for me too, so she did angular cuts on my hair all around, so none of it is even, and when it's all straight, it looks curvy all around.

This reminds me - I better got get this done again since it's growing out.
