I think this is an absolutely fabulous idea!!! :) there is a place by me that does dinner on the go- however, their food is horrible!!!!!! awesome idea!

Def a great idea! Its something thats not really out there... The only thing might be the marketing aspect of it and how you would get the meals to the people (ie: delivery vs pick up).

A friend of my FH started a business like this. He went to culinary school and learned how to be a chef. He is into fitness and instead of being a chef at a restaurant he started a business from his home of healthy meals. He has clients that don't have time to eat healthy or feed their family healthy. All I know is it took some time for him to get his name out there but he is doing really good now. Hope this helps!
