I got it before you deleted.Don't worry! Just try to make the best of it even though it is hard. If you continue to not be happy maybe you should think about moving on. Remember why you are there, for the kids and kill them(the administration) with kindness. Good luck

Which is what I have done for 2 years and it is not working. . .
It's hard for me to look at other districts since I will be making about half as much as I do now.
