My mother just had lung surgery in the beginning of this week. She's doing well and it looks like it might not be cancer after all - thank god! She's coming home from the hospital today and I called my 2nd job to tell them I can't work the rest of the week b/c I need to take care of her (the neighbor is taking care of her during the day so i can still go to my first job). So they tell me 'well i guess we'll have to deal with it' SO snotty i wanted to reach through the phone and punch her. Not 'i hope she feels better:' - NOTHING. You would think being they are a doctors office they would understand. W-T-H is wrong with ppl?? I don't know about anyone else but my family comes first. Ugh that really annoyed me.

that is super annoying. but don't worry about it, just focus on caring for your mom. i hope her recovery is quick!!!
