NWR Need your help girls

So I recieved a letter in the mail that my health insurance is going to end on dec 31 of this year. I need to find a new plan within this time period.

I was in a car accident back in april and am still recieving physical therapy and chiropracter. I was also denied all my no fault insurance so I was really counting on my health insurance to pick up the bills. I am also fighting to get my no fault ins back but the lawyer said it could take up to the day we go to court which could be in 2 years....

I am self-employed so if any one knows of any health insurances that are fairly cheap (I do have the wedding to pay for) let me know! TIA

the only cheaper plan is healthy NY but they are getting more and more expensive. I have bcbs and it going up to $345 a month. Some might be a little cheaper but it also depends on if u want prescription coverage. Insurance is so expensive. I work for a pediatrician and its the ins companies that make all the money, not the doctors. Can't wait to get on FH's plan. Sorry but hth's.

I went there and if you make more then $2600 gross pay a month you cant get covered for the cheap plans the cheapest that site was giving me was $1100 way to much for me to spend on health ins...

Can you go on your FHs plan? May companies allow domestic partners if you are living together.

Look for professional associations.....I know my sister gets insurance through the freelancers union.....She is a freelance art director at an ad agency.

FH is currently unemployed thanks anyway..

I know my sister said its not the best insurance in the world but at least you have something until you can get better insurance......because you dont want a lapse in coverage or you will get denied for certain issues.
