ugh i'm sorry that stinks. i feel your pain. i go through stuff like this all the time re FH and sports. sometimes i can get him to DVR the game...is that an option? this way he wouldn't miss the first 1/2 hour at all

Honestly - the World Cup only comes around once every 4 years. I'm a HUGE Yankee fan but would definitely skip a Yankee game with my aunt/cousins for the World Cup game on Saturday. I wouldn't be that mad if I were you - I'd explain the situation to your aunt and offer to pay for the Met tix.
